It’s officially Spring (hurrah!) and it’s certainly starting to show throughout the countryside.

With the arrival of spring comes the sowing of our home grown crops and this year is my second year of growing vegetables in my own little picket fenced garden and so I thought it would be fun to share the journey with you.

Last year I successfully grew salad lettuce and not much else so, this is a chance for me to work on last year’s mistakes! So far I have sown lettuce, radish, white onion and carrots.

Along with my vegetable crops, I am also planning to brighten the space with some flowers, dwarf lavender, delphiniums, lupins, larkspur and hollyhocks.

I’m excited to see the fruits of my labour and to learn various tricks and tips along the way.

Please do subscribe to my newsletter so that you don’t miss a post. To see my journey in picture, you can subscribe to my YouTube channel here and catch up on the first episode of my gardening series here or click the video below.

Much love,

ree
